On some VAPENGINES pages, you can make requests, register to receive emails, and contact us.  You may give the same information at our retail store. The type of information collected is name, phone, email, and contact information.  In order to tailor our website to continually improve our product selection and services, we may ask you to voluntarily provide us with information regarding your personal or professional interest, demographics, product experience, and contact preferences.

VAPENGINES uses your information to better understand your needs and provide you with better service. VAPENGINES will not sell, rent, or lease your personal information to any others.  Unless we have your direct permission or are required by law enforcement.  We only share your personal data you provide to us via online, phone, or in person, to our business partners (Drop shipping, Shipping companies, Will Call Pickup).

VAPENGINES may use your mobile phone number to Call you or send you Text Messages regarding product purchases, machine service updates, machine service photos, authorization requests, news or updates. Message and data rates may apply. Standard text rates for your individual cellular contract may apply. We are not responsible for costs imposed by your carrier.  We do not rent, sell, or lease mobile or phone numbers.  Phone numbers may be shared with Shipping companies to process or deliver an order.
