Stocked Part items must be returned within 3 days with a valid receipt, a 25% restocking fee applies. Manufacture warranties apply.
To Return An Item:
An RA# (Return Authorization) number must be obtained by contacting Valley Auto Parts & Engines before attempting to return any new part or warranty part. When contacting Valley Auto Parts and Engines, it is important to have ready: Name, Account number (if applicable), Date of original purchase, Invoice number, and part number, an explanation of the problem, and the mileage at the time of installation and mileage at the time of failure. Returns will not be accepted, unless they are accompanied with all the information stated above. Call
Manufactures warranty implies that any claim regarding a part is subject to only the replacement of the alleged defective part.
Any item returned to Valley Auto Parts and Engines for credit must be sent by the original purchaser, and must be accompanied by a Valley Auto Parts and Engines RA# (Return Authorization) number and original receipt. A Return Form will be emailed to you, fill it out entirely, and return with item.
Only Original, New, Unused, Never Installed parts and defects will be accepted for refunds within 3 days of receipt. Must be in clean original packaging, whole and complete as shipped to buyer. Certain special order parts may not be returned. All new returns are subject to a 25% restock charge. Buyer must call for Return Authorization # (RA#) or you may email Engines@vapengines.com requesting an RA#. Please include your order number, part number and reason for return.
All Returns must be Prepaid. No Collect (C.O.D.) shipments will be accepted. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return parts in original box, undamaged and unused to: Valley Auto Parts and Engines, 8212 Sunland Bl, Sun Valley, CA 91352.
If the return is based on a mistake that WE made, we will waive the 25% restock fee and reimburse the shipping charges.
Check that the parts are complete and in their original unmarked manufacturer part boxes (cores must be returned in the box the new part came in).
Put the part boxes in a shipping box – returns sent in just the manufacturer’s packaging may not be refundable if the original box and part is damaged in shipping. It is your responsibility to insure proper shipping packaging.
Please don’t paint the part, install the part or throw away the box until you’re sure the part you have is the correct part you need! Please do not write on or alter the box in any way. We cannot issue return credit for parts which have been installed, painted, modified or returned without their original packaging.
Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our mistake. If you refuse delivery or the carrier returns a package because you provided an invalid address, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds typically take about 5 business days to be issued. Providing us with a return tracking number will ensure a faster refund. Refunds will be issued in the same form as you paid, (i.e. Credit card payments will receive credit to the same card used to place the order). You will receive email confirmation when the refund has been issued.
All items damaged from improper shipping packaging will NOT be issued credit.
International and/or Air Freight Orders are non-refundable.
If applies, you must drain all fluids from the product before returning it. Product must be Free from hazardous or flammable materials before return or shipment.
Note: Refunds will be issued to same form of payment used for purchase. Bring same Credit Card so Refund can be issued back onto card.
If payment was made via Paypal, refund will be reimbursed to your PayPal account.
Not all products are returnable.
All sales of customized products are final, and not eligible for returns.
IN ALL CASES, PURCHASER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PART IDENTIFICATION, MATCHING ANY NUMBERING ON PRODUCTS,
AND VERIFICATION BEFORE INSTALLING ANY AND ALL PARTS.
VALLEY AUTO PARTS AND ENGINES RESERVES THE RIGHT TO LIMIT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES REGARDLESS OF RECEIPT.
